Summary of Class B Warrant from the Registration Statement:
Each Class B Warrant Certificate (COINZ) entitles the holder to purchase 1/10th of one share of common stock (COIN) at a price of $11.00. Stated differently, 10 Class B Warrants, presented with $110.00, will purchase one share of our common stock. However, due to the effect of past common stock dividends, 10 COINZ Warrants presented with $110 will exchange for 1.467 shares of our common stock.
The Class B Warrants will expire on February 13, 2012 at 5:00 p.m., New York City time.
