Each Class H Warrant Certificate (COINW) entitles the holder to purchase 1/10th of one share of common stock (COIN) at a price of $1.30. Stated differently, 10 Class H Warrants, presented with $13.00, will purchase one share of our common stock.

The Class H warrants will expire on October 14, 2014 at 5:00 p.m., New York City time. The Class H warrants are not redeemable.
