Communication with the Board of Directors
The Company has no formal written policy regarding communication with the Board of Directors. The policy of the Company is that management speaks for the Company. This policy does not preclude shareholders from communicating directly with members of the Board of Directors. If a shareholder wishes to communicate with the Board, they may send a letter to the Secretary of the Company.
